We will be able to contact you and know about the arrangement of the elements in the sky at the time of your birth.
Participation is open to the community, and therefore, we inform you that:
Your personal data will be processed by our team to manage your participation and for the following purposes:
- to enhance the diversity of drawings in our community
- to represent your individuality and origin in our garden
- to certify your participation and benefit your attendance at future events in your city
- to contact you to collaborate on future events
The personal data to be processed is as follows:
- Identification: first name(s), last name(s), birth date, email, social media, phone number, IP address, interests
- Participatory: drawing, audio, written description, drawing data
- Generated: astrological chart
c) Your data will be retained until you request its deletion. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction of processing of your data by contacting Lectura de Paisajes via email (subject: Data deletion of First Name Last Name, contacto@lecturadepaisajes.com).
Your data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation.
In accordance with the provisions relating to image rights, I expressly authorize the Lectura de Paisajes team to use images produced by me, photographs, videos or digital captures as a result of my participation in the event Lectura de Paisajes - Un Jardín Diverso, including the audiovisual content provided for display, for the purpose of being transcribed, edited and incorporated in whole or in part into any type of cultural content and/or translated, disclosed, reproduced, exhibited, retransmitted and/or publicly communicated, by Lectura de Paisajes and/or any of its platforms as well as in other audiovisual media.
The images may be exploited and used directly by the team in any form and in all media, in an unlimited territory, without time limit, in whole or in excerpts, and in particular: press, books, digital media, exhibitions, advertising, public screenings, competitions, websites, and social media.
The beneficiary of the authorization is expressly prohibited from any exploitation of the photographs that could damage their privacy or reputation, as well as from using the photographs, videos, or digital captures contained herein on any medium or in any harmful way.
I acknowledge that I am fully satisfied with my rights and may not claim any compensation for the exploitation of the rights referred to herein. I guarantee that neither I nor, where applicable, the person I represent is bound by an exclusive contract related to the use of my image or name.
